A retainer is required to book a date and retain services. Deposit will be applied to final invoice.
Full web gallery is live approximately 7 business days after event date and may be shared with employees and participants. Files will be delivered via digital download.
Balance is due on day of service and any overages requested by client will be billed after event and due upon receipt.
If the shoot takes place in Texas 8.25% sales tax will be added to final invoice unless client is tax exempt.
All photography rates include licensed use of images for marketing and commercial purposes of the client. Images may not be sold or given away for third party commercial use without licensed consent from Brio Photography. Additional fees may apply.
All images remain copyright of Brio Photography and may be used in any and all marketing, advertising and social media or commercial use without notification or compensation to client. Images may appear on the business facebook, blog, instagram or twitter for the purpose of studio marketing.
